Whats the best oil guys for my zafira 1.8 vvti 59 plate sri .i am new today to join club.so any help would be great.a know it 5/30 but do more short travel (school runs ) lol..just want the best oil for when cold and hot

I would use 5w30, i've used many oils on the 1.8 and anything thicker than 5w30 can cause bit of valve train noise in cold start, 5w30 is perfect for that engine
