Hi all
I'm new to the forum and looking for some help, I've got a zafira tourer 2014 and the back passages rear door won't open, the central locking is working as you can hear it working bur when I pull the door handle there is nothing,
What could this be?
Any help is greatly appreciated

Child lock?. Does it open from the inside?.

No it don't open from inside or outside.

The only other thing that you could try is disconnecting the battery for about half hour and see if that helps.Make sure you don't leave the keys in the car
