I was wondering if anyone knows the part I need to order to fix this problem?

Pretty sure it's the pipe from the top leaking, there is a rubber O ring inside and those normally split and leak, you just need to remove it and put a new rubber seal, that should hopefully stop your leaks.
Is this the 1.4 turbo engine?

Yeh it is mate. I just bought a new hose for the sake of 15 quid. Fitting it and it’s all good to go. Although do you know how to drain the coolant as I filled with water but now need to put new coolant in it

Normally there is a drain bolt on the bottom of the radiator or on the side of it but some don't have it or they get seized, I normally just removed the lower radiator hose and drain it, you won't get everything out but should do the job, little extra water won't do any harm.
